cup red wine
oz beef bone broth

tbsp complete seasoning

tbsp dijon mustard

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tsp soy sauce
tsp italian seasoning

tsp thyme

tsp rosemary

garlic clove

tbsp cornstarch

tbsp water

cup sour cream

oz egg noodles
Instructions
1: Cut the steak into small cubes and season with salt, pepper, baking soda, and olive oil. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. 2: Sauté the onions in oil or butter on medium heat until lightly caramelized. 3: Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown. Remove from heat. 4: In the same pan, add oil if needed, and sear the steak on medium-high heat until browned on all sides. Remove the steak from the pan. 5: Deglaze the pan with red wine, stirring to lift the brown bits off the bottom. 6: Add the steak back into the pan along with beef bone broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon, and herbs. Cover and cook on medium-low heat until tender. 7: Uncover, add mushrooms, onions, cornstarch slurry, and mix well. 8: Stir in sour cream and egg noodles, combine, and serve.View original recipe
