tsp sesame oil

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp rice wine vinegar

tbsp brown sugar

tsp chinese five spice

tsp chicken bouillon

tsp chili
tbsp cornstarch

cup beef bone broth

tbsp baking soda

tbsp white pepper

splash orange oil
Instructions
1: Chop up broccoli into small florets. 2: In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together. 3: Freeze steak for 30 minutes or until firm, then slice into thin strips. 4: In a bowl, combine steak with the marinade and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 5: Heat a wok and add enough oil to shallow fry the steak; cook for 3 minutes or until the color darkens, then remove to a paper towel lined plate. 6: Cook the broccoli for 30-60 seconds until vibrant green, then remove to a paper towel lined plate. 7: In the same pan, adjust oil if needed, then cook minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds. 8: Add beef and broccoli back into the pan and pour in the sauce; cook until it thickens, stirring frequently. 9: Remove from heat and serve with rice.View original recipe
