1: In a large sauce pan with a lid, begin heating turkey fat or butter to medium heat. 2: Add in onion, celery, and carrots. Cook until translucent. 3: Add in stock and allow to warm and bubble. 4: Toss in your turkey meat and stir. 5: Add in the seasonings listed above, cover, and allow to cook while you prepare your dumplings. 6: For the dumplings, combine all the ingredients listed and mix until thoroughly combined. 7: Uncover your turkey and broth and spoon in a suitable amount of dumpling mixture. 8: Cover and reduce the heat to low. Allow to steam for 15 minutes. 9: Serve and enjoy!
