Espinaca

1: Preheat the oven to 425°F.

2: In a bowl, combine thawed and drained spinach, butter, diced onion, frozen corn, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, egg, blended chipotle pepper, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and oregano.

3: Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

4: Pour the mixture into a cast-iron pan.

5: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

6: Remove from oven and top with Monterey Jack cheese.

7: Broil until golden brown, watching closely to avoid burning.
