1: Start by browning ground beef and seasoning with salt and pepper. 2: Drain the grease by placing it on a paper towel lined plate. 3: To the same pot add in diced onion, carrots and garlic. Allow to cook for a few minutes on medium heat and add in your seasonings. 4: Toss in tomato paste and allow to cook down for 1-2 minutes to intensify the flavor. 5: Add in diced and crushed tomatoes along with the chicken bone broth and your cooked ground beef. 6: Allow this to simmer until fragrant and tomatoes are tender. 7: Add in your mini ravioli and cook for 8 minutes. 8: Finish with fresh spinach and serve.
