1: Cook ground beef or black beans until fully cooked through or warm. 2: Drain the cooked ground beef if using and add in the taco seasoning. 3: Cook fully through and add water if you want it saucy. 4: Assemble the Crunchwrap with a burrito flour tortilla as the base. 5: Add the chosen protein, chipotle sour cream, tostada, lettuce, onion, tomato, and cheese. 6: Top with an 8-inch tortilla and fold it into the center. 7: In an oiled pan on medium low, place the assembled wraps and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. 8: Serve with extra chipotle sour cream and enjoy!
