1: Drain the black beans and dry them out a little by placing them in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes. 2: Mash the black beans and season with salt and pepper. 3: Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the tortillas down. 4: Put a heaping scoop of mashed beans on each tortilla. 5: Season with cumin, chili pepper flakes, chili powder, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. 6: Add cheddar cheese on top of the beans. 7: Fold over the tortillas and brush them with oil. 8: Shake on chili powder for color. 9: Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
