A flavorful Mongolian Beef recipe that makes takeout unnecessary! This dish features marinated ribeye steak cooked with a delicious sauce and served with vegetables. Perfect for dinner!

1: Marinate sliced steak in the ingredients listed above and allow to rest for 15 minutes. 2: Create the sauce by combining all ingredients listed under sauce above. 3: In an oiled wok or pan, add in neutral oil and heat to medium high. You want enough oil to coat the beef when it’s submerged. 4: Add in your beef and fry for 3 minutes or until it develops a nice color. Remove from heat and place on a paper towel lined plate to soak up excess grease. 5: Remove most of your oil from the wok or pan leaving just enough to coat the bottom of the cooking vessel. 6: Add in garlic, onions, dried chili and cook for 30 seconds, then add in your beef, green onions and sauce. 7: Cook this for just enough time to brighten the green onion and slightly thicken the sauce, about 60 seconds. 8: Plate with rice and enjoy!
