These healthy egg rolls can be made in minutes and have way less fat and calories than traditional egg rolls. Using air fryer for a crispy texture, filled with ground pork and coleslaw for a delicious treat.

1: In a pan or wok, start by heating oil. 2: Once hot add in garlic for 30 seconds. 3: Add ground pork and brown the meat. 4: Add in coleslaw mix and cook for about one minute. 5: Stir in teriyaki sauce until the mixture is coated. 6: Take off heat and set aside. 7: Lay out your egg roll wrappers and prepare a small bowl of water. 8: Fill wrappers with a spoonful of filling. 9: Dip fingers in water and wipe on the edges to seal the wrappers. 10: Fold into a pyramid and roll into cigars. 11: Place in air fryer and spray with oil. 12: Cook for 7-10 minutes at 370F until crispy and golden brown.
