1: Boil pasta and reserve a portion of the water. 2: Cube chicken breast into bite-size pieces and season with oil and preferred seasonings. 3: Prepare onion and garlic while the chicken absorbs flavors. 4: Oil a pan to medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked (about 8 minutes). Remove onto a paper towel lined plate. 5: In the same pan, cook onion, garlic, calabrese peppers, and red chili flakes until translucent. 6: Add in the tomato paste along with vodka and cook for 3-5 minutes. 7: Stir in the dried herbs, pasta water to thin out the sauce, heavy cream, butter, Parmesan, and return the chicken to the pan. 8: Allow the chicken to warm in the sauce, then add in the cooked pasta and mix well. 9: Serve and enjoy!
