1: Microwave cabbages in a bowl of water, covered with a wet paper towel, for 10-15 minutes on high. 2: Allow cabbages to cool and remove the core. Peel off the leaves. 3: In a bowl, mix together ground beef, ground pork, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, minced onion, and salt and pepper. 4: Place a handful of the mixture into a cabbage leaf, rolling halfway, tucking edges inward, and rolling again to seal. 5: Repeat the rolling process until all the mixture is used. 6: Mix 2.5 cans of tomato soup with water or broth, then pour this mixture over the rolled cabbage in a baking dish, covering with additional cabbage leaves. 7: Cover the baking dish with a lid or foil and bake at 375°F for 2 hours or until cooked through. 8: Serve with additional sauce made from the remaining tomato soup, reconstituted with water or broth, topped with heavy cream if desired. Enjoy!
