1: In a bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, salt, lemon pepper, and black pepper. 2: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon and sear for about 2 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 3: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 4: Add the flour and cook, stirring continuously, for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden and slightly thickened. 5: Stir in chicken broth, white wine (if using), lemon juice, capers, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly reduced. 6: Return the salmon bites to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them. Cook for another minute to heat through. 7: Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
