1: Boil spaghetti until al dente and reserve some pasta water. 2: Slice up bacon and brown it in a pan or pot. Reserve the rendered fat and remove bacon from pot, placing it on a paper towel to remove excess grease. 3: In a bowl, combine egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, bacon fat, and pasta water; mix until well combined. 4: In the same pan used for bacon, set heat to low and toss in the spaghetti. 5: Add in the sauce mixture and black pepper, stirring until melted down. 6: If the mixture is too thick, add in more pasta water until desired consistency is reached. 7: Add back in the bacon or serve on top and enjoy.
