1: In a blender, combine chicken stock and salsa and blend for about 5 seconds, longer if you like it smooth. 2: In a bowl, add shredded chicken, half of the cheese, and 1/2 cup of your sauce and mix to create the filling. 3: To a large oven-safe pan, pour a thin layer of sauce to the bottom to prevent tortillas from sticking. 4: Place the chicken filling in tortillas and roll them up. 5: Place the rolled tortillas in the pan and top with sauce. 6: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 425°F. 7: Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese. 8: Garnish with cilantro if desired and serve.
