1: Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. 2: In a skillet, add vegetable oil and heat on medium high. 3: Cook pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side, or to your liking. 4: Remove pork from heat and cover with tin foil. 5: In the same pan, turn heat to medium low and melt a tablespoon of butter. 6: Add in chopped onions and minced garlic, allow to cook for 1-2 minutes until translucent. 7: Add chicken broth and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring the brown bits off the bottom of the pan. 8: Turn to low and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, allowing it to thicken.
