A family-friendly potsticker recipe that includes a delicious filling made of ground pork, ginger, garlic, and various seasonings, wrapped in wonton wrappers. Great for the lunar new year celebrations!

1: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to create the filling. 2: Unwrap the wontons and place a teaspoon of meat mixture in the center. 3: Brush the edges of the wonton with water on all edges. 4: Fold the wonton into a pyramid shape by folding two opposite corners together. 5: Seal the edges well. 6: Heat a stainless steel pan to medium high heat. 7: Add in a tablespoon of oil to the hot pan. 8: Place wontons in the pan and brown for 2 minutes. 9: Add in 1/8 cup of chicken broth and cover. 10: Let steam for 2 minutes. 11: Serve with additional chili crisp and scallions to garnish.
