1: In a cast iron skillet, on medium heat add in chopped bacon and sausage. Allow to render down the fat and brown for 10-15 minutes. 2: When browned, add in flour and stir. Allow to cook for at least a minute. 3: Turn the heat to low and add in milk very slowly, stirring and adding more until the gravy thickens. 4: Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Be cautious with salt as bacon and sausage are salty.
