1: Cut the steak into small cubes and season with salt, pepper, baking soda, and olive oil. Marinate for at least 15 minutes. 2: Sauté the onions in oil or butter on medium heat until lightly caramelized. 3: Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown. Remove from heat. 4: In the same pan, add oil if needed, and sear the steak on medium-high heat until browned on all sides. Remove the steak from the pan. 5: Deglaze the pan with red wine, stirring to lift the brown bits off the bottom. 6: Add the steak back into the pan along with beef bone broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon, and herbs. Cover and cook on medium-low heat until tender. 7: Uncover, add mushrooms, onions, cornstarch slurry, and mix well. 8: Stir in sour cream and egg noodles, combine, and serve.
