1: Boil peeled potatoes for 10-15 minutes or until fork tender. Drain and mix with cream, cheeses, butter, salt, and pepper. Set aside. 2: Brown the ground meat with salt and pepper, then drain the grease. 3: Sauté garlic and onions in butter over medium-low heat, then add Italian seasoning, rosemary, and thyme until lightly golden. 4: Add tomato paste and cook for 3-5 minutes, then add flour and cook on low for 1-2 minutes. 5: Add red wine and let cook for 1-2 minutes to evaporate the alcohol. 6: Slowly add the broth and stir frequently to avoid clumps, then add ground beef and veggies and stir to combine. 7: Top with mashed potato mixture and sprinkle on cheddar cheese. 8: Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
