1: Dice the cucumber and avocado, and slice the radishes. 2: In a bowl, add the diced cucumber, avocado, and radishes. 3: Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl. 4: Add cumin, red chili flakes, Italian seasoning, sugar or honey, lemon or lime juice, salt, and pepper. 5: Pour in the extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar. 6: Toss everything together gently and serve immediately.
