1: Mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika or red chili powder, cumin powder, ground coriander, ground cardamom or all-spice, ground cinnamon, crushed black pepper, turmeric, and salt in a bowl. 2: Add Greek yogurt and lemon juice to the mixture and combine well. 3: Coat the chicken breast with the marinade and let it marinate for at least a couple of hours. 4: Preheat the grill and grill the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked (165°F). 5: Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 6: Take a pita bread and layer it with garlic sauce, sliced chicken, pickles or peppers, red onion, tomato slices, and garlic oil. 7: Wrap the pita and enjoy!
