1: Cook shallot in oil on medium heat until translucent. 2: Add tomato paste and cook for a couple of minutes. 3: Add white wine and allow to reduce and thicken. 4: Add garlic, spices, half and half, butter, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. 5: Blitz the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth. 6: For the filling, mix the sauce, shredded chicken, spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg, and some mozzarella. 7: Spread the filling across the lasagna noodles. 8: Place a small amount of sauce in a baking dish and add the roll-ups. 9: Cover with foil and bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until the egg is cooked. 10: Top with more mozzarella cheese and broil for a minute or two to brown the cheese. 11: Enjoy!
